How do I exchange my Selle Royal order?

If you wish to change your saddle or accessory, you must initiate a return.

Here below you can find the right procedure:

1.     you have to fill the return form;

2.     we’ll refund your purchase price in full within 10 working days after we receive your package;

3.     you can make a new order with the desired product.

Please, keep in note that during the necessary time to be able to do the refund your desired product might be out of stock. In this cases you have to wait the restock. To know when the product will be available again you can contact our customer service at the following form.

 

How do I make a return?

Selleroyal.com orders can be returned for any reason within 30 days of the original delivery date by filling out the dedicated returns form here.

Returns are free for all countries, and you can return all or part of your order if you bought multiple items.

All returned products must be complete with packaging, labels, manuals, and any other item included in the original package. Products must not have been damaged.

If any of these conditions are violated, we may choose to refuse the return.

Registered customer: How to make a return

Registered users can directly access the Returns section of their account and select the order and the products they wish to return. During this process, we will ask customers to indicate the reason for the return. Afterwards, a shipping label and return form will be ready for download directly from the website for sending the product(s) back to us. We will also send an e-mail with these documents attached and instructions on how to complete the return.

If during the return process you encounter an error for incorrect shipment address, please double-check for any typos in the shipment address inserted in the order. If you find any, please contact our customer service to have this corrected.

Unregistered customer: How to make a return

The unregistered customer can visit the Returns section of our site,and by clicking on the link, they can access the return request form, entering their order number, the email address associated with the order and selecting the products to be returned, always indicating the reason for return. Afterwards, a shipping label and return form will be ready for download directly from the website for sending the product(s) back to us. We will also send an e-mail with these documents attached and instructions on how to complete the return.

If during the return process you encounter an error in generating the shipping label, please contact our customer service.

We'll refund your purchase price in full within 10 working days of receiving your returned package. Some banks and credit card providers may take longer to apply the credit to your account.

Please check your bank account for your refund before contacting us.

Banks may not notify clients upon receiving the refunded credit.
