Can I add items to an existing order?

Items cannot be added to an existing order that has been confirmed. Your order is confirmed once you have completed the checkout stage and have been sent a confirmation number. If you would like to order additional items, you are welcome to place a new order online.

 

How do I keep track of the delivery?

When your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email confirmation with the tracking number(s) and estimated delivery date(s) from our carrier.

 

There are items missing from my order. What should I do?

If any items are missing from your order, please reach out to our customer care team here; they will be happy to assist you. Please include the order number and the name of the missing product. 

 

DELIVERY

What is our Shipping Policy?

We usually process and ship orders in 1 working day (Mon-Fri excluding Italian public holidays).

Order before 11.00 am (Italian Time) and your order will be dispatched on the same working day (Mon-Fri excluding Italian public holidays). We will ship your order with DHL Express Delivery.

 

What are the delivery times?

·       Europe, US & Canada: 1-3 working days

·       Rest of the World: 2-4 working days

All deliveries leave from our warehouse in Vicenza, Italy.

For all orders placed on our website shipping to the international locations above, your order will be shipped using DHL International.

 

Can I ship parts of my order to different addresses?

Unfortunately, we do not offer this as an option. You will need to place separate orders if you wish to ship items to multiple addresses.

 

How much is shipping?

In EU we offer free shipping for all orders above 59,90€, while in US and CANADA we offer free shipping for orders above 69,90$. For Rest of the World, we offer free shipping for all orders above 99,90€.

Under these threshold, the cost of shipping is subject to where the items are being sent.

EU 9,90 €

US and CANADA: 29,90 $

REST OF THE WORLD: 34,90 €
